Gluten free Coconut Macarooms

 

They are perfect with an after dinner cup of coffe, a tea party, or when you be tempted for the caramelized, crunchy, delicious bottom.

 

Ingredients:

 

3 cups of flaked sweetened coconut

4 large eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

 

Direction:

 

Preheat the oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchmnet paper or use a non-stick baking pan.

Mix all of your ingredients together. Shaped your macaroons into balls and place them onto the baking sheet or pan, pressing each one down slightly.

Bake them for 15-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown. Cool and ENJOY!!!
